Positive: Nice boutique hotel with a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had the seaview room, which is in a separate building from the main hotel. The views are great but we missed a balcony (rooms in main building have these). The restaurant is pretty good. Pool area is small but not crowded and the gym is a big bonus too.

Negative: Staff come across a bit uninterested and not always helpful. Housekeeping was great though.

Negative: There were chain smokers by the pool every day. The hotel said they could do nothing about it.

Positive: Nice facilities. Amazing location right on the water within a few minutes walk from the water taxi terminal.

Negative: The water cut out for several minutes during a shower. We’ve stayed here several times and never had this issue, so they may have needed to shut the water off for a moment. Only happened once.

Positive: I was able to get a clean, safe room at the last minute.

Negative: Because I had to make a last minute reservation in a safe place, I did not research pricing. I found out later that I could have gotten the room for $100 less if I had booked on TripAdvisor. I only used the bed and restaurant. Did not have an opportunity to use the other facilities.
