Positive: Lovely little studio apartment which considering was attached to a house, felt lovely and private. Also a lovely little patio area to sit and enjoy the view and soak up the sunshine. Apartment had everything you could need, would recommend.

Positive: Beautiful view and secluded, but not TOO far from nice restaurants. They recommended a great place and we were not disappointed. The property is lovely and we wish we could have stayed longer. I don't remember anything in the description of the property about the heated floor in the bathroom, but that TOTALLY tickled me! The only thing I could say negative (and it's not really their fault) is that the bed is small... hubby is 6' and I'm 5'8". Having the footboard on the bed made it difficult to stretch out.

Positive: The location was great, host and the dogs were lovely and the apartment was cute and comfortable. The pantry was well stocked and the apartment was great for a few days stay.

Negative: The listing did mention there being a combi-oven which didn't work - which was a little limiting when it came to cooking. The cleanliness wasn't the best, the toilet was a bit dirty and there was a fair amount of dust. Also just to note, the walls are VERY thin so we were just conscious of being quiet so as not to disturb the hosts. So whilst the apartment is lovely, it didn't for that reason feel the most private.

Summary: Lovely place to stay for a weekend.

Positive: Very nice one bedroom apartment 30 minutes away from Cork. It has all amenities for an extended stay (but we were only there for one night). Hosts are super stars - very nice and responsive. They recommended a nice local pub nearby that we loved. If you arrive after sunset, it is pretty dark there, but there is a nice sign on the tree at the bottom of the driveway so you cannot miss it. There is a lot of room to park.

Negative: Water heater may need to be turned on when guests arrive.
