Summary: Condo was very clean. Bed not very comfortable and noise from neighbors walking on floor above was very frustrating. Coffe Pot carafe was broken but I didn't notice until an entire pot of coffee split on counter to be cleaned up. Sliding glass door very hard to open and close the the point where I rarely used it in fear of breaking it. That took a lot away from the condo. Kitchen sparsely furnished. Overall I just wasn't impressed and lost a lot of sleep due to neighbors on 3rd floor walking.

Summary: The condo was in a great location near a park. The balcony had an awesome view of the bay. The only issue was the condo had not been properly cleaned upon our arrival and the sliding door was stuck and hard to open.

Summary: Main bed is a queen, the bed frame was extremely squeaky. Unit was nice well cleaned. Kitchen well stocked with items. Sliding door needs maintenance it was very difficult to open and Close. Wind created a howling sound in living room window. Close to beach. Beautiful view.

Summary: As I told management company, there are some maintainence and cleaning issues that should be addressed, but it is convenient for stores and restaurants. Even though it was windy, it was nice to sit on balcony. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Summary: This was a nice condo in a great location. The parking was easy and plentiful. The view of the canal from The balcony is so pretty. The previous reviews were spot on. The beds were a little creaky, the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were moving their furniture every day/night, and the sofa and pillows could stand to be replaced or deep cleaned. One more trash bag would have been helpful, hand soap for the bathrooms would be nice, and the container in the laundry room with “complimentary detergent” was empty but those are just little inconveniences. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others.
