Positive: The location is very nice, it has a nice view, very close to the beach (Golden Beach), it is equipped with everything you need to prepare something quickly, like a breakfast.

Negative: Maybe it would be better to clean it more often during the stay, because it fills the room very quickly with sand

Positive: We had wonderful stay at Fotini Stuios. Everything is like on the pictures, fully renovated apartments, very well equipped and perfectly clean. The terrace is very spacious and has the best view over the Golden Beach. The owners are very friendly and always available.

Positive: The location is perfect, right on the beach close to everything. This was the main reason we have booked here in the first place. If the beach is what you want then this is one of the few best places you can choose. Free parking on location and safe, not on the street.

Negative: The beds were a bit hard for our taste, but that depends on each person so not a big minus. The bathroom was a bit small and after each shower, the water was everywhere.
