Summary: This property is lovely. The back deck and pool area is stunning. We saw ducks, jumping fish and several parrots from the deck. The pool is quite large and they have several floaties for you to use. The pool and game room are so much fun. We had a fabulous time using it. The only thing that wasn’t basically perfect was that the 4th bathroom is not anywhere near the bedrooms. Two rooms had to share a bathroom. However, it was a large bathroom so we managed it fine. If you want a beautiful house and outdoor space you will find it all in this wonderful property and location!!

Summary: The location on the canal is hard to beat. The house is somewhat dated, and had various minor maintenance issues. Host was responsive to things we needed fixed immediately. Location and sunsets on the canal were worth the minor challenges. Plenty of space at the house for large group.

Summary: We stayed at Wayne and Gloria's lovely home over New Year's. We had 7 people, all adults as our children are grown. The check-in was easy and the home had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the game room area with the pool table. The guys all enjoyed fishing from the back porch. The neighborhood was quiet and very secluded and safe. We were in the perfect spot for day trips to South Beach and evening dinners in Little Havana. This home is central to either of those locations. We have rented several VRBO's before and this one had all of the necessities, including plenty of towels and kitchenware. Great time in Miami and we would for sure stay at this home again - fantastic family trip!

Summary: Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Close to supermarkets, Pinecrest bakery- open 24hr, hospitals , beaches.tennis courts… A little bit of paradise in the middle of all that’s happening. . Thank you Gloria and Wayne for an amazing stay. 😀

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this perfect house for a group. It was very conveniently located in close proximity to the University of Miami in a very nice residential area. We swam in pool, fished off the back deck, barbecued and enjoyed the beautiful views and sunsets. Wayne, the owner, communicated with us frequently. He even went out of his way to make a special accommodation when we had an issue with our trip. We had a great stay and I hope to be back soon!!!

Summary: The property hasn't been given the cookie cutter treatment of a lot of rental homes, and is all the better for it. Tons of character. We felt very welcome in the property and the times we had occasion to message the host all responses were super helpful. The outside area is spacious and really beautifully landscaped, it's a lovely place to sit and relax. All in all a great stay.
