Positive: It is a brand-new hotel (June 2026) with its free parking lots in the hotel courtyard, good breakfast includes in price, it's very clean inside and outside its building, with friendly and helpful staff, and finally not expensive. City center is about 2 km away from it, and it can be said that is on the walking distance. (We were too tired for walk, and we used a car to reach downtown in order to find a nice place for dinner.) What else can anyone wants.

Positive: The view was really amazing. I set dawn on the window and watched the lake for hours. Room was clean. Soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, slipper were available in the room. Breakfast was good too. Personals were polite and kind. There was no problem about wifi. It was quite and able to rest while watch the view.
Negative: Room was very cold. Air conditioner was not enough to heat the room. They should keep that open or should open that a day before than check-in. But unfortunately room was cold and air conditioner was closed. Heating is a basic necessity. Please be more careful about that.
