Negative: Staff not very informative or able to promote restaurant onsite. I prepaid for breakfast for two for both morning & unable to participate due to the timing & the need to order food, which would take 20 min. Then wanted to order dinner & they closed early. I was in town for a funeral & the lack of friendliness did not help.

Positive: Spacious rooms, ambience was great. staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: 1-The fact that ordered several food items delivered to 2 different hotels. 2 went to hotel in front of this one, while the others to the other the hotel behind. Door dash Drivers noted that they went to the address shown in the mapping system. Need to make your address distinct in these mapping apps from the other hotels that are in very close proximity. Very very risky walking at 1am in a town you don't know to these hotels to pick up your deliveries but had to feed the kids and had no car (last min flight cancellation). Lost points on location for this challenge. 2- No airport Shuttle. Could garner more business if you had these service available considering the proximity to the airport.
Summary: We loved it and would stay again next time.
