Summary: Bathroom door was hard to close and would pop open. Shower curtain didn’t go the length of the tub. Most importantly.. when we woke up this morning, my daughter’s side of the bed was infested with tiny bugs all over her phone, water bottle, shoes. When we left we told the front desk and was informed that since we booked with a 3rd party that we had to address it with Hotel.com. I would appreciate someone reaching out to acknowledge our inconvenience.

Summary: For $311 this room does not meet the standard. Everything is caulked shut. Can’t open windows. The pictures didn’t even come close to what the room looked like. The TV’s are off center and unadjustable to ALL seating and sleeping areas. The shower head was awful. Paint cracking everywhere. Water pockets from moisture in ceiling. Wall paper splitting and pulling apart. Just over all janky in comparison to price. I wouldn’t even pay standard price for this room.

Summary: Room that offer jacuzzi they need to make sure the jets are clean. Everytime i go i have been getting a rash from the jacuzzi. This is very unfortunate

Summary: Solo traveler, the room was super small and not like the pictures. Basically only enough room for the bed, chair and small space by the window. The price was decent though so I gave it a try.

Summary: We actually just went to the hotel to swim for my daughter’s birthday, and the pool was terrible. It was salty and cold, and dirty. The hot tub was not hot at all, it was pool temperature and it was also brown, the pool area was dirty I didn’t get in at all we only stayed two hours. However the front desk host gave my daughter in law a free pizza bc she didn’t bring enough money to the vending machine that was very sweet and he was very nice , they also found a towel she left at the pool and brought it to her, so the service was above and beyond.
