Summary: The room was clean. When we arrived the TV did not work. When I tried to call the front desk from the room phone, the phone did not work. We went to the front desk and had maintenance show up immediately. The TV needed to be plug in, but the phone was dead, so we told them not to worry, we had cell phones. So basically, all was okay, a little pricey for the stay, but met standards.

Summary: Staff indoor pool One negative was that the lock on entry door D was broken and the inside door opened without a key as well so there was zero security

Summary: This hotel is layed out around an indoor pool which is heated all year around creating a sauna like atmosphere in the entire conplex. Fun if you travel with kids, but we found the chlorine smell overwhelming.

Summary: Needs updating, we stayed in the suite that was less updated then standard rooms and not clean/had a bad odor. Pool is the highlight- it’s not actually heated but the room is ridiculously hot - felt like you were in a sauna and hard to breathe unless you were in the pool. Coffee offered all day was good though!
