Summary: The hotel is under new management as of two months ago. The new owner addresses any issues personally. I experienced a broken latch on the room door. The previous management really let the place go and so issues are addressed as reported. Staff was extremely pleasant and responsive. The pools were beautifully maintained. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Room was well stocked. I did not partake in dining there so have no comment regarding service and food. All in all I recommend the Marriot at Eastham.

Summary: Stayed here 1 night on a business trip- for $450 a night I expect a hot tub and a bar that has better selections- and that’s as a local Cape Codder. The room is fine- but absolutely nothing special and overlooks a commercialized parking lot. I would never stay here unless I had to- there’s so many better options locally.

Summary: The restaurant was closed, our room was dirty, the TV didn't work, and the outdoor pool was closed. It's summer on the Cape and the pool is closed? For the money it was a big rip off. Went a few towns over and got clean room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, full breakfast for 1/3 of the price. Also the parking here doesn't seem safe. You have to park in the back of the building and it's all woods and pitch dark.

Summary: Indoor pool was very nice, especially since the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet. Have had many free breakfast buffets at other hotels so was surprised that we had to pay $18 to have it. The food & selection was pretty good but have had similar for free other places.

Summary: Room was large, clean, and comfortable. The indoor pool was a lovely addition. Would have preferred an included breakfast buffet. Room is serviced only every other day (they do inform you of this in advance).
