Positive: Location of the hotel. Cleaness of the room
Negative: Time it took to check-in. Only one our of three desks open at 18.00 in the afternoon. Laundry service was bad, after asking several time just dropped it off at the front desk They advertise with shuttle service from 6.00 in the morning, however up on asking the shuttle service only starts later in the morning. When indicating they should not advertise items they can not deliver there is not really a response or action.
Summary: Rooms and location of hotel are good, addtional services are bad.

Positive: Clean and by the side of the sea.
Negative: The internet was bad. There was not cash change at the counter. The cash atm machine near the counter was not working. It was difficult.
Summary: Great property but you can’t change the dollar or the euro at the counter.

Positive: The location and view are amazing! Staff is wounderful and very helpful.
Negative: Bedding was dirty! Bathroom was not clean. Rooms are older and need some work to renew. Not worth the price or hype.
