Summary: The staff was nice and friendly. The room had been updated. I have stayed at this hotel before and this time the room was in better shape. Newer carpet and newer furniture. The carpets in the common areas are terrible and the base boards have been ripped off.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. It is very nicely located to be able to walk to the Roughrider's games (which was our main reason for choosing it). They were able to give us a room and hour early. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good (but you do have to pay extra for it). The hotel (at least floors 2 and 3) is under remodeling. All the trim is off and it has a very "new carpet" odor.

Summary: The good - nice helpful staff and clean, nice rooms. The bad - hallways were dark and walls and carpet are overdue for fixing/replacing. The pool was gross, discoloured water and it seemed like Algae. Restaurant quality was all over the map. From great to terrible over the 5 days I was there. If they did a renovation I would go back, mainly because the staff were great and it’s a good location.
