Positive: Loved my room, the bar/kitchen, the food, the staff, common areas! All amazing!!!

Negative: No grass for my PomPom to go potty on. 🙄😀

Summary: Loved this Four Points! The best ever and I been to many around the US and Canada.

Negative: We were charged $56 for our 12lb Maltese. There was absolutely no grass for my dog to go potty. She eventually peed on the rocks. She pooped in the hallway going back to our room. I cleaned it up with my poop bag.

Positive: Loved the water bottle refill stations in with the ice machine!

Negative: Did not service room and when asked them to after 2 nights they said they had no housekeepers on duty that day. Have stayed there in the past specifically for good breakfast. It was subpar at best and not enough food for all guests. Also, no milk for cereal.

Summary: Will probably look elsewhere next time.

Negative: breakfast was difficult. eggs to order didn't really have anything to add to omlettes. years past they had a lot. they used to cook them in front of you now they do in the back, hashbrowns and sauage pattoes? now they only cook a little at a time....I suppose they didn't plan on me wanting to eat more than a few bites. so you have to wait and ask. They want to save money but find a way to do so without me feeling like I am asking too much to just come in and eat.

Positive: Completely remolded facility. Remolding actually going on but on the third floor. We were on the first floor and heard no noise whatsoever. Lighting in the bathroom was wonderful. Nice big tv, great window coverings. The breakfast was over the top. You could place an order for an omelet made with ingredients that you choose.

Negative: The coffee was a little too weak for us as was the orange juice. This would not keep us from staying here again.

Summary: Lovely place to stay, many new upgrades.

Positive: Clean! both our room and thr facilities. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No butter for us butter lovers for our toast I mean the basic stuff. My youngest said the knock-off fruit loops were garbage, thank goodness I had a bag of the real one's from Grandma's house I brought for his to snack on during the drive.

Negative: I had communicated with the hotel previous to arriving asking for a high floor away from other guests as I was driving all day both arrival and departure day and I'm a light sleeper which doesn't help while traveling. They said all is well but when my kiddo's and I got to our room we could already hear a baby crying loudly across the hall. needless to say I could hear said child in my room and couldn't sleep right away only to be woken up earlier than my alarm clock by said child! I know its a hotel and many guests stay at any given night but with amount of room's surely they can split us apart better.

Summary: Ok for one night but don't expect much for breakfast.
