Negative: Booked via booking. Stated our late arivval (21:30). We even got an acknoledgement and approval email that late arrival was okay.The email also contained a not working check in pin code At the hotel there was no one to check in. There were checkin devices which were not ready/working. Via the support hotline we managed to check in. If a late, outside office hours checkin, is not pissible then it should be stated, or even declined. This was not okay. Also the lady at the reception, where I stated the situation at checkin, should thank for the feedback (and potential offer a coffe or a discount at next stay), and not as happened today interrupt al the time and come with excusses.

Positive: This hotel is a nice little walk from the train station. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was great! We stayed for a week and had the breakfast every day.

Negative: The bed and bath clothes were not smelling clean like if already being used and just dry without washing properly. Cleaning service only available until 11am
