Summary: This was such a fun hotel downtown. All the employees were excellent and took care of us old folks. It was nice having a room overlooking Fremont Street and once the evening events finished it was quiet.

Summary: The bathroom was remodeled and the shower worked great. Surprised on the nice upgrades to the Four Queens hotel. My last stay was several years ago. Hotel check in reps were great and friendly. Big plus when checking in.

Summary: The man who checked us in was very personable very nice and helpful. When we checked out in the morning the woman reservation clerk was very rude. We asked for a receipt to show we checked out and she said we could not have a receipt because we didn't pay the Hotel directly, and that the Hotel did not receive any money from us. They did however, take a $100 deposit. I just said I wanted something that shows we left the hotel and didn't have any charges. She said too bad you will get my receipt from Hotels.com on my e mail. I was traveling and I had no way to check. I have not received a receipt from Hotels.com for checking out.

Summary: Over all good, besides dirty toilet inside. Several different hairs and debris. No hot tub or heated pool. No pool on site. Tried 3 different ice machines before a working machine. No check out time posted in the room.

Summary: I mean, for what we paid I guess this place did the trick. We got a place to sleep and we could walk Fremont Street. The room overlooked a lot of HVAC equipment. The grand entrance from the parking garage has you use a smelly old elevator & walk past some construction. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, and the room was clean. THat's about it.
