There are new appliances with a gas range and a wall-mounted TV in the kitchen to accommodate guests. Both the dining and living rooms are spacious and fully functional. Heading up the stairs of the cottage you can find three bedrooms for guests to use. The fourth bedroom can be found downstairs with a bunk that is a twin over a full. With a pull-out couch/futon located in the living room. Making your way to the back of the cottage there is a large yard for outdoor activities and a firepit for entertaining. The rental will also come with a kayak and a pass to Nason's Beach. Washer and dryer included. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $100 PET FEE

Summary: The house was nice. We loved the big backyard. Everything we needed was there. The lake and walking trails were close by. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Summary: We had a good experience. Thank you. It would be better if linens were provided or a better description of what you need to bring prior to arriving would be good. The toilet leaked a little, but everything else was great!

Summary: Our group included 3 generations and this was a terrific place for us to spend time together. We had great grilled meals and spent lots of time.both inside and out, catching up, playing games, listening to music, and laughing. The beds are comfortable and it wasn't as hard to have 7 people.with 1 bathroom as we thought. It's easy to get to many fun places and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. We had one small problem, but Eric responded promptly. Great place to rent!

Summary: We had a great time up here with 3 couples. The fire pit was perfect and the size and cleanliness of the property was accurate. Plenty of space for us and only 15 minutes from downtown naples. Weather did not allow us to go to the beach but it was very close by. We would absolutely stay here again. Eric was extremely helpful and responsive.

Summary: Its nicer than the pictures. Lots of room to spread out and the place has all sort of options for fun. Games, fire pit, a nice kitchen, and even a bird feeder with seed. We were 6 adults trying to look our finest for a local wedding and with only one bathroom we had to do some organizing.but the place was lovely and decorated nicely so our stay was great.

Summary: We had 9 guests comfortably living and sleeping here for the holiday weekend. The property is kept clean and updated. Lots of outdoor space for yard games and hanging around the fire pit. I would be cautious of the low ceiling in the stairway. We had a few guests bang their head on the ceiling.

Summary: Overall, the house was great. A few things which we liked: - It is close (waking distance) to Nason’s beach, which we loved. - Plenty of parking - Smart TVs A few things (not deal breakers for us) that we would have liked to understand better before booking: - The beach pass does not come with parking (i.e., it is a walk on pass). We ended up paying the $15 to park some days. - One of the four bedrooms leads to another bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for our set up, but I could see it being a surprise for others. Overall, we’d stay again.

Summary: This spot was great, not too far away from the lakes and beautiful scenery of Maine. But down the road a bit from all the campgrounds so that there wasn't any noise or distractions from others on vacation. The house was large enough to accommodate 6 adults, and a huge backyard with a great fire pit that we got to relax around!
