Positive: Staff in every dept went out of their way to assist me and my particular needs. Moreover, the front desk assisted with other amenities when available (e.g., treated me like a queen). I felt exceptionally safe, well cared for, and regal! Really enjoyed the fact that most of the hotel areas were quiet. What a nice respite in this city of constant noise.
Negative: Need more benches or just a few more chairs in that long hallway.
Summary: Treated with the luxury and professional care --standards from years past.
