Positive: Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

Negative: Now you ask, the room service on two occasions was really really slow, when you spend this sort of money it needs to be perfect. To give you an example we ordered some ice early evening and the third time I called , almost an hour later I just said, get an ice bucket ready at the bar and ill just come and get it myself !! Rubbish

Summary: Paris and Koh Samui Four Seasons were better, but still worth a visit
