Positive: We only stayed for one night, but it was more than enough to leave a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, everything felt truly special. The resort is absolutely stunning, surrounded by incredible views and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The bungalow was spacious, beautifully designed, and very thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can really feel the attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfortable — one of those beds you wish you could take home with you — and the overall feeling was pure relaxation and luxury. What really sets Four Seasons Bora Bora apart, though, is not just how beautiful it is, but the people and the service. The staff are simply outstanding: genuinely kind, warm, attentive, and always ready to help, while still being discreet. You don’t feel like just another guest — you truly feel cared for. Even though our stay was very short, the experience was unforgettable. This is the kind of place where luxury is not only about design or comfort, but about how the people make you feel. An exceptional resort in every sense.

Positive: From start to finish this place was perfection. From the luxury boat transfer, the check in with denise who was very helpful and friendly, the location, grounds, amazing lagoon snorkelling, room service, peacefulness and tranquility of the entire place, we could not fault it. Everything is perfectly manicured and spotlessly clean, even raking all the little beaches every morning, the water bungalow had every facility you could ask for and the staff were all polite and friendly

Positive: Let's face it anywhere in Bora Bora is outstanding. The Four Seasons property is beautiful, excellent breakfast, beautiful lagoon and snorkeling. You truly are in paradise and the overwater bungalows and spacious and quiet.

Negative: The staff was very mediocre. Everything, including basics like ice or turndown service, fresh towels must be requested on the app. honestly I do not want to live by my phone - how about inquiring if we want turndown and towels each day. Nothing. we had to call every day for towels and requested ice each evening, it was a 50/50 it would show up. Dinner food was just ok and expensive. One evening the waiter actually sneezed on our food - no kidding. It was our 20 year anniversary and hey, we got a card. Breakfast was excellent, breakfast staff was superb. Beach stall and pool excellent. Also, the bungalows were worn and it showed. My robe was frayed, the tub was old and dirty and the slats in the shutters were missing and being held together with zip ties. For the cost of the Four Seasons I would not stay again. I would definitely take my $$ to the St. Regis. The Four Seasons Athens and Four Season Hualalai blow this property away. If I was paying Hilton prices it would have been fabulous, but FS prices - no way.
