Summary: We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful! We loved it. Staff was very friendly, food was good, got to see plenty of animals from our room! But be prepared to pay more money by the end. Considering how much we paid for the room, we would’ve thought the airport transfer should’ve been included for free, but nope. $200 each way. That is very expensive. Also, they charge a national park fee daily. We had to pay an extra 1.2K. Just an FYI. But we enjoyed everything.

Summary: The door latch was broken on our door and wasn’t fixed. The patio door had to be fixed twice and there was a leak with the AC. Also we weren’t picked up at the airport as promised.

Summary: This resort was hands down the best accommodation I have stayed at. The staff were all welcoming, and able to accommodate to our every need. To knowing us on a name basis and our preferences. Our personal driver Emmanuel was amazing as well, and was able to help us find all of the big 5 animals

Summary: Fantastic hospitality in a truly remarkable place. The Serengeti is a must-see destination that the Four Seasons handles fantastically. From the drive to the hotel to the food the game drives we were treated so well. We also saw an unbelievable amount of animals just from the resort. Would definitely love to return!
