Positive: The view and location. The estate is lovely and safe. The managing agents were very professional and efficient when there was an electrical fault.
Negative: The home is split level and not suited to older people, toddlers, or anyone with mobility issues. The steps down to the main bedroom are hard to differentiate in any light. The main bedroom has no accessible opening windows, so it was extremely hot. There are two options for the damage deposit / payment. However, the constant warnings not to damage anything border on making one feel unwelcome and stressed out, especially when some things are already a bit damaged. One tends to worry they may be held accountable for previous breakage or damages.

Positive: The check in process was a breeze. Excellent communication from the management team. The house is beautifully designed and layout is well thought out. The best part is waking up at sunrise to see the zebras grazing right outside! Lots of space for the kids to explore.

Negative: The cutlery and pots and pans were a bit outdated and damaged. The windows in certain rooms could not open so the rooms were very hot to sleep in despite fans being available.
