Surrounded by the woods of Westlake, this gorgeous home boasts style and comfort. It is the perfect family retreat, located just minutes from downtown Austin. The open floor plan features three living areas with two fireplaces, sectional sofas, and TVs for movie nights. The formal dining room and fully stocked kitchen are perfect for entertaining. The beautiful deck takes advantage of Austin outdoor living with a dining and lounge area around the pool and hot tub. The home is just steps away from Texas' true Friday Night Lights: Westlake High School Stadium, where not one, but two Super Bowl MVP winning Quarterbacks, Drew Brees and Nick Foles, played! This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 15 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Group of 16 friends from college just getting together for our annual meet up. We just needed a comfortable place to sleep, pool and basketball court and privacy. The Above crew was great from the time of booking to check out.

Summary: The Skyline View Estate was like a luxurious retreat and spa rolled into one! Every detail from the moment we arrived was taken into account. From the linens, toiletries, decor and furniture to the outdoor space, we felt completely comfortable, even indulged. This fully stocked home was everything and more that we needed or anticipated. We were surprised by the stunning view from the master bedroom of the Austin downtown skyline that took our breath away. We also loved being minutes from downtown but being able to retreat to this amazing space and have total privacy and peace. It was a remarkable experience and we will definitely be back to experience more in the future when we return to Austin. Well done!

Summary: It is hard to believe that right smack in the middle of busy Austin sits this beautiful, quiet, wooded retreat. Ahhh, heavenly! The house is fabulous - open, modern, with fabulous furnishings and sparkling clean. We were surrounded by trees and could not even see the neighbors. Especially loved sitting by the pool on the great outdoor furniture. Everyone commented on how comfortable we felt at the house. Appreciated the incredibly well-stocked kitchen; it had everything you could possibly want to cook. Fantastic stay! Everything was first rate. We’ll be back.

Summary: Our group had a great time at this home. The home is gorgeous and tons of space for all 14 in our group. We had a few events in downtown Austin and it was a breeze getting back and forth. Jackie our property manager made everything perfect and set up a few of these incredible inflatable beds for us that were the most comfortable we have ever seen. Thank you all for a great time in Austin, we will be back.
