Deck overlooks fenced yard and garden and has stairs down to garden for easy access. Main floor features the renovated kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room with fireplace, half bath and deck access. Renovated lower level features a TV/family room, office, guest bedroom and full bath, and laundry room. Upper level has the master suite with full bath overlooking the back yard. Two additional bedrooms and a hall bath are on this level as well. Parking for up to 3 vehicles off the alley, which you access thru the back yard.

Summary: Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this home for several weeks with my daughter and we loved it. The location is great- close to an excellent park with a playground and splash pad, near the C&O canal and Glover Archbold park for trails, and close to Georgetown and so much else in DC while feeling like you’re tucked away in a suburb. The house itself is very spacious and has a great family vibe. Nice back deck for meals and relaxing. Toys in the basement that young kids can play with and books for them to enjoy. The kitchen is very well outfitted! Yard and off street parking. Overall a great place!
