Positive: The home is a wonderful, large three-story house (lower level is downstairs but very big, bright and not at all like a typical “basement”) with a lot of room for a lot of people. It was just my husband and me with our tiny dog so we stayed on the main level where there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The decor is very tasteful and because we stayed Christmas week (festive Obidos, 20 mins away was our primary destination), Linda, our awesome host put out adorable decorations. She was always available to assist with anything and the glitch or two that we had, she bent over backwards to take care of. There are different beds to choose from and she has more than enough towels in all the bathrooms. The shower was great, high pressure and hot. The washer and dryer were helpful when staying longer. I wish we stayed in the summer because the pool and outdoor space look amazing. We highly recommend Foz Fancy Fun.

Positive: The property was amazing and especially good for a large family or group of friends as there are 3 different floors that allow space and privacy but also a central area for meeting up. The facilities were great - we didn't need for anything - and our host was fabulous. Linda met us on arrival and showed us around and we had her personal number should we need her (which we didn't). The local beach, bars, restaurants and town are only a short drive or about a 10 -20 minute walk depending the direction you take. A larger town is only 10 minutes drive away with bigger supermarkets etc. And many fascinating places to visit within 30 minutes drive. We were also able to get an Uber/Bolt for to the main bus station for less than 6 euros and then got a bus to Lisbon for less than 8 Euros if you don't want to drive. A fabulous location and a fabulous property. As a family of 9 adults I would thoroughly recommend.

Positive: Excellent communication with the host Linda .The house was beautifully clean as was the pool .We were a party of 11 people ages ranged from grandparents to 2year old . The children all enjoyed the pool ,trampoline and playing ping pong .The host had kindly left some beach toys for the children to use .The local lagoon /beach was perfect for little children safe and warm .

Negative: The weather was mixed some evenings .One evening we put on the heating in the house which warmed the house through very quickly .

Summary: Lovely host who was so keen to meet our needs .I have never seen such a clean house !

Positive: The villa is simply stunning. Has everything you may think of to entertain and relax. Great facilities for bbq, cooking etc. Pool is fantastic - much bigger than on pictures. Table tenis and trampoline were a great addition. Place was spotless. The host couldn't be more helpful and very quick to respond to messages. We have arrived very late due to delayed flight but everything was already arranged with keys etc. The location is lovely. About 20 mins walk from the lagoon. Small village with shops and restaurants. Bigger town 10 mins drive. Lisbon 1hr away.
