Fragola - Fruit Flats is a recently renovated self-catering apartment with 1 bedroom (queen size bed or on request, twin beds), a light-filled living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Amenities include a television and stereo, air conditioning and heat, a washing machine and dishwasher, a microwave oven and internet.
LOCATION
The apartment is in the heart of Minori, 50 meters - 54 yards from the ocean, bus stop and ferry dock reachable in less than a 1-minute walk. If you'd like to visit Ravello, Positano, Capri, Amalfi, Salerno or Naples, you can get there quickly and easily from Minori by taxi, bus, or boat (where and when is possible)! Pompei, Herculaneum, and Paestum are easily reachable in about 1,30h driving (we can also organize a taxi) or can be also reached by public transport.
Fragola is a fourth-floor walk-up (120 stairs) located in a carefully restored historical building, it faces the stunning St. Trofimena´s cathedral.
Parking space is available starting from Euro 20 per day. per car (depending on size car and period);
Confirmation Policy :
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system.
The balance will be paid on arrival.
The rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability).
Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50.
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.

Summary: We loved our stay at this beautiful older building full of character! The view was great, they left fun treats for us and the location could not be better. There are a lot of stairs but it’s great fun if your knees are working fine:)

Summary: It was lovely to be right on the water. The place was super clean and the manager was always available to answer! You do have to walk up multiple flights of stairs but overall that was never an issue, the guy who checked us in even carried my suitcase all the way up for me. Lovely room and lovely people.

Summary: This property was in the perfect spot to do day trips. It was quiet, quaint and the people we do kind. The apartment is a hike to get to with many stairs. But quite frankly all of Amalfi Coast has many stairs. My recommendation, walk slowly up and take in the beauty and architecture of the actual inside of the building as you make your trek up. Stop look at the walls, the curves, think about the age. It’s quite amazing actually. Vincenzo and his team were nothing but amazing. They are quick to respond and very very helpful. They arranged a driver for us the first day to get there. Any questions we had they were always very responsive. Highly recommend looking at his properties if you are staying in Amalfi Coast. The apartment was quaint but perfect. We loved it. Had a welcome bottle of wine and water. The bed is comfortable, the pillows were great. Big soft towels for the shower. A huge basket of snacks were left for us as well and we pretty much devoured it. The view is beautiful. Only complaint was ~0500 am you could hear a lot of garbage/recycle clean up pretty much every day but we just closed the doors and went back to sleep. The church bells were a non issue. They don’t chime until 0800 and aren’t obnoxious. All around a beautiful town, perfect home space for visiting the coast. Highly recommend. 💙

Summary: Stayed for a few days in Minori, a hidden gem in the Amalfi Coast. I almost don't want to write about it, so people don't find about it! The apartment was amazing, right across from the beach, staff was extremely communicative, before arrival and during the entire stay. Vincenzo, Andrea and the entire team are top notch! Please don't go, so I can go again! :)

Summary: Great location near restaurants, beach, boat and bus. Very clean and has all amenities you could need. Manager is very responsive and helpful. There are a lot of steps, not an issue for us, but should be aware in case you are unable to climb. Would recommend to everybody.

Summary: The location of this property in Minori is perfect. We had a seaview room on the top floor. There were french doors that opened to this beautiful view. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us. The only negative thing I can say is that it required many steps to get up to our room. If you are not up to climbing many flights I would not choose this room. It was well worth the view though if that is not an issue. The location of the property was perfect. It was an easy walk to the many shops and restaurants. The beach was right across the street and there was easy access to the Ferries. Vincenzo arranged for someone to pick us up at the train station in Salerno which we really appreciated. It was a wonderful trip to Minori!

Summary: Vincenzo’s property was great! We were greeted by Andrea outside of the building who kindly helped us with some of our luggage up, gave us a tour of our place, along with recommendations on where to eat, the best travel routes, and directions to the infinity pool (YOU MUST CHECK THIS OUT!). Vincenzo was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages with ferry time tables and more. The property itself was amazing, very clean and exactly as shown in the photos, super cute! We had friends staying in the Sea View room, also a property of Vincenzo, and this room was also great! I would recommend both properties for anyone looking to travel the Amalfi Coast. Cute and very friendly neighbourhood Minori is!

Summary: We had an incredible stay at the fruit flats in Minori. The apartment location is terrific and the town and people are extraordinary. The pool grounds are gorgeous and tucked away into the mountainside. Franko met us at the bus stop and walked us right into the beautiful building where our room was. Vincenzo was always on top of communication and didn't miss a beat. Will definitely be returning on our next trip as everything went wonderfully!
