Positive: Perfect location in a quiet street few steps away from Champs Elysee … Good value for money for prime location - don’t want to overpay but stay in the best location and you will spend most of your time outside then yes it’s perfect. Staff is helpful and welcoming.

Negative: Obviously not a fresh building with very narrow corridors and low ceiling you feel like in a doll house, rooms and bathrooms are also extremely tiny where your movement is limited - even opening your bag properly requires an effort.
