Summary: We lived like in a dark basement. The outdoor space in the room was a joke. TV wasn’t working. Front door staff was not ver nice. Run down gym with soggy ”yoga” mats

Summary: The room was dirty (sand on the floor). There was a broom in the room to clean it, but the broom was so old and in poor condition that it wasn't useful. When asked for a newer broom at the desk they couldn't find one.
