You will always have something to do! We are pet friendly and offer a fenced in backyard. Enjoy everything the Lake Erie area of Northeast Ohio has to offer! Situated in a quiet neighborhood, Frank's is sure to offer you the R&R you've been craving! Outdoor seating set up on the front patio as well as a large fenced in backyard which offers a charcoal grill, fire pit and deck with outdoor dinette. Set back off the road with a paved driveway which offers plenty of parking. Guests also have access to small attached garage perfect for motorcycles, bikes or golf carts. This home offers 2 bedrooms- 1 with king size bed (2- twin XL) and the other with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms and living area have large flat screen TVs with HULU Live. The living room offers enough seating for everyone and an automatic reclining sofa! The kitchen offers an eat-in bar style dining area. Fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs including pots, pans, dishes, toaster and standard drip style coffee maker. Washer and dryer available for guests use during their stay.
Frank's also offers wheelchair accessibility! Wheelchair accessible doorways, hallways and entrance! This home is all one level offering an entrances with no steps.
Starter pack provided for guest- 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags. Dish, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are available in the unit for your use. Should you need more during your stay the closest store is located just down the road.

Summary: We had an upgrade unexpectedly and it was very nice. We did have trouble getting into the house with the key pad but the host returned my call very promptly and got us in. The house was very nice their was 4 of us and we each had our own bedroom and with the 3 bathrooms that worked out perfectly. The only downside was I was with my Mom and Aunt and Uncle and it would of been nice to have an actual table to sit at not the many bar stools other than that we loved it. Will rent again next year Lisa

Summary: Good location. We enjoyed the Western Reserve bike trail and spent a day at Geneva on the Lake. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard in the evenings. Found some nice dog friendly restaurants.

Summary: We've been coming to the Ashtabula/Geneva on the lake area for three years now and we've stayed in Virbo places all 3 trips. While all 3 places were nice this house has to be the best ever. We stayed there for 7 nights and we can't find anything negative to say. This was our fur babys first trip and this property was perfect for her. The fenced in back yard was great for her when she needed to go out. She made herself at home. As I said before we can't find anything to complain about. We are planning to return trip for 10 nights next year and we are hoping to rent this home again. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach, our favorite haunts on Bridge St. ane other places we like to frequent. See you in a year.

Summary: It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this house! It was so close to family and a great place to come back and unwind with Netflix at the end of the day. Highly recommend - will definitely be back!

Summary: The water pressure for the bathtub/shower was inadequate, took over an hour to fill the tub using the faucet so we had to bring pots filled with hot water from the kitchen. Had a mouse on the kitchen counter eating the peanut butter crackers. I bought mouse traps to put in the kitchen. Also ashtabula is in the snow belt, while staying there we had over 15" of snow overnight and there was no snow shovel to clear a potty path for our dog or the walk to my car. I will not stay at another one of the companies rentals.
