Summary: Our stay at this hotel was a last minute adjustment to our holiday. Another hotel wasn't up to our usual standards, so we opted to spend our last 4 days of our holiday here. Overall a very nice hotel for the price offered, but not our usual standard, so whilst facilities are amazing, we hadn't packed to fully appreciate them. Panorama lounge was a great view, it may change our minds on our standards when travelling again. Very professional staff, honestly I don't think anything would have been too much for them to do, if we had asked. Very close to tourist areas and to Seoul railway station.

Summary: Stayed for 3 nights with family. Got upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious. Location is fantastic, lots of dining options within 5 minutes walk. Transportation nearby, 2 palaces within 20 minutes walking. Myeongyong shopping street is also maybe 12-15 minutes walking away. Sauna on the 16th floor is great, with 2 hot tub, a cold tub and a dry sauna. I definitely recommend.

Summary: The staff at Fraser Place were the kindest and most helpful, they all smiled and if you asked them a question they’d answer quickly and efficiently, if they didn’t know the answer they would find one. My room was cleaned every day. The food was amazing too and not too expensive. It is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Summary: Rooms are clean, spacious and with great amenities. Loved the spa/sauna. Staff were extremely helpful. I checked in early and was able to get a room right away, and they also let me check out later. Highly recommend.

Summary: The room was clean and spacious. The included washer dryer combo in unit was also helpful and I was not sure if it was included from the room description. The 4 bottles of water were also nice. We received a coupon for two free drinks from Expedia gold level membership. The hours of the fitness center and spa and rooftop were limited so we did not get to use them during our stay.
