Summary: Frazier House is in a perfect location to see Cincinnati. Lots of restaurants and shops across the park. The Tram is right there to take you around OTR, and d see the City Center.Highly recommend.

Summary: Great house, tons of unique character, location is fantastic, communication was perfect, cannot say enough. We loved the little outdoor patio for morning coffee, they thought of lots of little details. Highly recommend.

Summary: My family flew in to Cincinnati from all over the country for a family wedding. The Frazier Guest house was perfect for our family. It is rare to find a home to accomodate all 12 of us. The kitchen was well stocked of utensils to make dinner for all of us! Thank you Karen!

Summary: Karen’s place was perfect for our 3 families. It had plenty of room and was stocked with everything you could think of. Location was great. We were able to walk to everything in minutes. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Summary: Right next to Washington park and all the great bars and restaurants. We went to the FC Cincinnati game and it was perfect! Awesome weekend in an awesome house. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: Highly recommend this property if you don't mind stairs. The streetcar was easily accessible, and the $20 parking fee was well worth having your vehicle safely parked next door. Great time was had by all. Thank you for the sparkling clean accommodation!
