Summary: The stay was almost exactly as listed minus the pool/hot tub not being accurate since they were not in service. My only complaint is we could not connect our phone to the tv to stream but wasn’t a big deal.

Summary: It was a nice room with a comfy bed and working technology. The pool and hot-tub was a nice perk; great for relaxing after being out and about. Sometimes there would be no one at the front desk, so communicating with staff was a bit patchy, but decent nonetheless.

Summary: Was very disappointed when we checked in and found out the pool/hot tub was under construction! All of the advertising promoted the beautiful pool/hot tub which was the biggest reason we chose this! Not only was it under construction, but the front desk clerk lied to us about the completion! We were told at check in it would be completed by the next afternoon, when in fact it was nowhere near completion! We should have been told that it wasn’t going to be available and had a chance to change our reservation! Very disappointed!

Summary: Hotel was clean and checkin process was easy. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t make it on the original date of check in. They accommodated with no issues or extra charges and even let us push the check out date one day further. Would recommend.
