Summary: Overall a great stay. Staff was friendly. The room was quite nice. There was a couch in our room, which was nice. I liked the way the bathroom looked. It also had a nice shower.

Summary: Room service, theoretically anywsy. Tmi was told that they offered room service every other day. I checked in Wednesday; by friday i asked for new towels and more water. Saturday i asked then to empty the trash. I never got room service per se!!! Restaurant was awful. Thsnk goodness for the attached Starbucks.

Summary: Not good. They never clean our room even though we requested at the front desk and left the sign outside They also charged some food to our room that didn't belong to us, they later reversed the charge
