Positive: The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Close to the station and the centre.
Negative: Our room was very noisy, next to a main road, so a lot of traffic noise. It was too warm during the day, and we needed to keep the shutters closed to keep the heat out, and had no daylight. The view was also poor, looking out on a main road.

Positive: The location is very good, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, and there is also parking available which can be reserved
Negative: Although the apartment has been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom, the floor and walls looked old. The apartment was clean, but there was an unpleasant smell. The entrance of the building was dirty, and there was also a very strong odor coming from the basement. The towels, bed linen, and blankets were old, with an unpleasant smell, and seemed worn out from extensive use. The apartment was quite hot and very humid; at night it felt stifling, while opening the windows brought in a lot of noise from the street. There are no power outlets next to the bed. Another difficulty was the lack of an elevator – something I was aware of – but with a stroller it was particularly inconvenient.

Positive: The location is around the street corner where is close to the tram no.5 stop. Or you can walk front the central station, just 800-m distance away. The room is spacious with fully equipped kitchen appliances. There are nearby supermarkets and you can walk to the old town within 7-minute walk. The staff is super friendly and helpful. He is available to meet you with informative advice about where to eat and where to visit.
Negative: There is no daily cleaning. I’m not sure whether you can request. But, we stay only few days and we always keep clean. It was not a big deal for us.

Positive: The hosts were extremely friendly and made it very easy to check in. The room is air conditioned, a nice bonus at a warm time. The location is convenient. The apartment was huge and would be a comfortable stay for even a long visit.
Negative: The hotel is on a busy road and the traffic noise was audible at night, though not too loudly. Darker curtains would also help.
