Summary: Great way to experience this part of Northern Michigan! There are some nice places to sit by the lake if you’re so inclined. Excellent place to stay for Tahquamenon area and Whitefish Point!

Summary: I am so glad I chose Freighters View as for a place to stay! Very clean and tastefully decorated inside!! Really liked the Retro Appliances that mad the perfect touch to the room. Did not meet the Manager but everything was set up perfectly and very clean. We went to Paradise Mich. to meet up wth my brother and his wives family and had a great time!! We were exhausted when we came back to the Cabin it was very welcoming and clean. Thank-You! Christine

Summary: We have been going to the U.P. For many years but we haven’t been at whitefish bay in 24 of those years! Freighter View was a great location!

Summary: Such a peaceful place. We were gone a lot touring but so nice to come back to the peace. Made for a good nights rest. The cabin was small but just right for us.

Summary: The room was very nice. We had everything we needed. Everything was as stated. No issues, well maybe one, tv turned on by itself at some ungodly hour, we didn’t even realize the controls were in a drawer. We didn’t watch tv. Anyways it went back off by itself. Weird! Probably because we went to the Haunted trail!!! We didn’t get to have a campfire, just a bit too windy! Next time hopefully! Beautiful spot! Thank you!

Summary: Absolutely loved being right on Whitefish Bay! Enjoyed sitting on the rocks and the sound of the waves and the sunrise! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
