Le Reve de Breuillac is a spacious, rustic cottage carefully renovated to retain characterful features such as exposed beams and two original fireplaces. It is situated in a small rural hamlet 15 minutes from the lovely historic town of Civray where there are supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, post office, banks, hairdresser, a bar and a restaurant.
Le Reve is situated on the D177 just outside of Surin. It is set in private grounds with lots of off street parking, a large grassed garden, fabulous heated private pool with sun loungers, and a terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs and BBQ.
The cottage has a spacious open plan dining room and kitchen, following through to a cosy sitting room. All on one level, 3 large bedrooms, (one with ensuite) a further bathroom and separate toilet.
Sitting room- equipped with 3 very comfortable sofas, wood burning stove, TV and blue ray DVD player.
Dining kitchen- large dining table and chairs, wood burning stove, fridge, electric cooker/oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining.
The Master bedroom has feature beams and a super king sized bed and an ensuite comprising of 2 sinks, bath with shower over, a separate shower and toilet. The second bedroom has feature beams, super kingsized bed and cot along with large rustic wardrobe. The third bedroom has a kingsized bed and a single day bed.
The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a bath with shower over and a separate shower. There is a separate toilet.
