Summary: Much older hotel overlooking the Ohio River in need of remodeling- this is the ONLY complaint. Front desk above and beyond helpful during a snow storm. Will stay again.

Summary: Room needed maintenance & cleaned! Dirty laundry left atop shower head! I have photos! No refund whatsoever was offered!

Summary: It appears the bathrooms need an upgrade. Tubs are huge and tall and difficult to get in to. Tidiness could be improved, however, the hotel has a certain charm. Staff was very helpful, with Joyce being a star.

Summary: Staff was friendly, but the floor was filthy, the tub was dirty and the shower curtain was stained. Also our door was difficult to shut when leaving.
