Summary: Perfect for 2-3 people because of only the one restroom Very clean and functional. And very bright. The skylight over the bed could use shutters. It is also quite loud when it rains.

Summary: Needs new can opener new frying pans knives toaster oven and oven needs clean pans and cookies sheets was dirty we washed everything week used dirty between refrigerator and oven couldn't use back yard didnt want to sit out front . Summary: Upon my arrival at this property, I will say that the driveway was in good shape but it is tight for large vehicles (I drive a F-150). You can take advantage of the garage to park your vehicle in if you choose. After gaining entry to the house, the floor plan is very well laid out. Off the living room the master bedroom is off to the left, and access to the garage. Further back, the kitchen and dining room is near the rear of the house. I will say that it does feel a little closed off but once in the kitchen/dining room there is plenty of room for 4 people in the back. Next off the kitchen, their is another guest bedroom off the hallway and there are stairs that laid downstairs to both the laundry room, and another bedroom. One observation is that this property only has one bathroom for all 3 bedrooms. So if you have a lot of guests it would be worth planning accordingly for your night out on the town. Another thing that I noticed, is that this property has beautiful skylights installed throughout the home. There is one located in the Master Bedroom, and if you are a fan of waking up with natural sunlight, this is a great choice for you. Overall I would book this property again solely off the location and quietness of the property. The only improvements I would make is to make the toilet an elongated version, have a way to darken the skylights, and give the customer the ability to use the back patio.
