Negative: I did not liked about the property that the bed were hard and no refrigerator in the room not even microwave and the staff were not nice.

Positive: For a relatively expensive hotel, it's lacking a lot of amenities that I take for granted. Rooms have no refrigerators, and they don't have any microwaves either. And the beds definitely are uncomfortable. Very hard.

Negative: More amenities, better mattresses.

Summary: In my estimation, the mattresses are exceptionally hard and uncomfortable.
