Positive: Clean, well-appointed cabin with large rooms, comfortable seating, huge dining table, wonderful 4 seasons room in back + deck seating with rocking chairs, pet friendly, new kitchen with every necessary item. Upstairs bedrooms had window AC units to help cool.
Negative: Bed in downstairs room needs updating as it sagged in middle. Wish the cabin provided access to French Broad river.

Positive: Spacious and fun for a family. Liked the games and outdoor space.
Negative: The two bathrooms tub and shower were disgusting and very small. The shower only curtain was filthy. We had to buy shower shoes/flip flops to make it through our short stay. There was also a need for a deep cleaning as the place was dusty in common areas.
Summary: In need of bathroom upgrades. Everything else is nice.

Negative: Only window units and ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms

Positive: We loved everything about it! The cabin is beautiful! Think Hallmark cute and cozy. All wood and rustic look and just very pretty! The location was great, close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and close to shopping and attractions in Sevierville as well. The cabin itself was so pretty and cozy and so so so comfortable for our big family! It was very beautifully decorated for Christmas outside and inside, and we even had a super cute Christmas tree set up for us! That was really a plus and a very cute highlight and it made us all very happy! We all kept talking about how we didn’t want to leave the house and we just wanted to relax and enjoy it. It was VERY clean and we had everything we needed for our stay! The kitchen is very well equipped and I can say it was the best equipped kitchen in any house or apartment we’ve ever stayed. The fireplace and living area was the coolest place to hangout and so cozy for the Christmas season. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids and the family. The boys loved the arcade game machine and we had lots of foosball tournaments! Plenty of TVs in common areas to be able to keep different groups of people entertained. The outdoor was very nice too! Lots of decks and porches to hang out at and the jacuzzi tub was immaculately clean. We enjoyed it a couple times during our stay. A very nice and big Blackstone grill was so nice for our new year’s barbecue. The kids LOVED the playhouse outside and had many, many hours of play in it. We really loved this place and would definitely stay in it again! Customer service was also amazing! We had to get rid of all the Christmas trash and wrapping paper and boxes and they came and got all our trash. They were very quick to contact us back when we reached to them for a couple things. Great company!
Negative: Nothing! It was all perfect! The fireplace stopped working like 2 days before we left and they didn’t fix it before our departure but it was the weekend and we understood it wasn’t probably going to be fixed until the beginning of the week.

Positive: Quiet with plenty of space! Nice entertainment facilities! Lots of storage. Love it!!
Negative: Hot tub was dirty and has filmy water. There was an odor in the sunroom when we arrived. So I aired it out. Pet hair in the extra pillows and in the sunroom. Dusty vents.
