This home is cute and very comfortable! It has everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy the privacy of a corner acre lot w/private fenced in back yard; this little bungalow brick house has 2 bdrms, office w/twin bed, sofa queen bed, comfortably sleeping 8, queen air mattress and pack-n- play. Full bath and a 1/2 bath, galley style kitchen, laundry room w/washer and dryer, living room w/fireplace, all on one level.

10 min-Downtown Nashville
10 min- Nashville Zoo
Enjoy the peaceful outdoors and relax on the front porch swing or rocker. The large back yard is surrounded by a privacy fence and has a good size deck for sunbathing and relaxing. This home has everything you need to feel at home while away from home. It has a complete kitchen;(Pots/pans, dishes, dishwasher, stove, over range microwave, refrigerator. The laundry room has a washer and dryer (plenty of detergent). There are hardwood floors throughout and also a cozy gas fireplace.
There is 24/7 access, We are always available if you need anything!

This is such a cute neighborhood. I have always felt safe taking walks around the neighborhood anytime of day. Seven Oaks Park is a short walk away, featuring one of the best disc golf courses in Nashville, tennis courts, covered picnic tables, and kids play area.
Located right off Murfreesboro Pike with access to Briley Pkwy, I-24 east and west, I-65 south, I-40 east and west and I-440. The airport is about 5 minutes away, Opry Mills approximately 10 minutes, and only 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Inexpensive ride with Lyft or Uber pretty much anywhere and a mile walk to the major bus line.
Queen Air Mattress, pack-n-play and highchair available upon request. $100 per pet. Stay’s a month or longer will have a higher pet fee. Pets allowed Only upon owner Approval. $75 early check-in or late check-out fee.

Pets are allowed on case by case basis with pre-approval only.
Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture and NO pee pads are allowed in the house. Pets must go outside to the restroom and guest must clean up after your pet. Any feces outside that has not be cleaned up, if pee pads were used in the house, or any evidence that a pet was on the furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $100 which will be deducted from the deposit. If you show up with an unauthorized pet, you could be asked to vacate the property and be charged double the pet fee.
If any smoking is done in the house there will be a $200 per day fine deducted from your deposit.
Do Not Move Furniture. This will result in a fine of $100 and any damages caused.
-Quiet hours are from 11pm-6am

No locales and No unauthorized guests. You will be charged an additional $100 per person and asked to vacate.

Summary: We loved our stay at this house. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed and more. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, privacy fence in back - I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. The decor is perfect for Nashville - we loved it! I honestly can’t think of anything negative about our stay and will stay here again when in Nashville.

Summary: Had trouble paying for my dog. The host responded so quickly to my questions and fixed the problem. Property is so cute, very quiet, great back yard with privacy fence. Perfect for 5 adults. Wish i had longer to enjoy it.

Summary: We stayed at this house due to the location. We were flying out our son and being close to the airport was nice. The house is cozy, dated, but comfortable. The towels need to be replaced. They are older with a musty smell. The yard was big and perfect for our dogs! They loved running around and playing! I also loved the privacy fence that closed where you parked. Depending on how you like your mattress, which we like a harder mattress, these are very soft. I did reach out to the home owner to let them know that their front door, window in bathroom, kitchen and one in each bedrooms were left unlocked and one of the windows in the bedroom is broken (won’t lock at all). They advised they would get with the maid so it doesn’t happen again. Besides that, it’s a great little house with so much potential!

Summary: We booked this property for a girls’ weekend attending a concert at Bridgestone Arena. This house is a short drive to downtown Nashville, and the neighborhood it is located in felt very safe and was quiet. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby too. The house itself was very cutely decorated and super cozy. The kitchen had all the cookware you could need, the bathrooms had plenty of extra towels and toiletries, and there were additional blankets and pillows in all the closets. The owner is also very communicative and quick to contact, making the whole check in/out process super smooth. We were so comfortable and pleased with our stay that we look forward to booking this property again in the future for our next Nashville trip!
