Positive: It is located very close to Chennai airport and it has many amenities with big beds
Negative: A bit dusty on furniture and appliances surfaces. The drinking edge of the water bottle had some black spots but I only had to remove the entire lid.

Positive: We arrived here very late but the staff were very good. The owners of the property were more than helpful - they went out of their way to ensure we had an extra night and could not do enough for us.
Negative: It is a little out of the way. Also, there was nothing to drink when we got to the property late and there were no shops open in the area. But overall our visit was brilliant.

Positive: We had an very early flight out of Chennai Airport so booked this place on a good value for money basis stop over as we would not really be having much benefit from the cost of booking one of the international chains nearer the airport. We arrived mid afternoon and were not sure how it would be for local amenities for eating etc but trusted in some of the reviews we had already viewed before booking. The hosts were very quick to inform us of the details on location of the accommodation via what's app upon booking and this information was very accurate and valuable to our taxi driver when trying to locate the property as it is set in an urban subarb of Chennai within 15-30min drive from the airport. We were fortunate to meet the hosts Latha and Sam during our short stay as we ended up requiring extra assistance with a couple of things for different reasons and we found them both to be very helpful, lovely, polite and approachable. They both went out of there way to assist us in anyway they could. They also provided details of local eateries that they would recommend and we were very pleased with the Aksharas Veg Restaraunt that we went to as one of those recommendations. If you are looking for a budget room place to stay in this area of Chennai we would highly recommend.
Negative: Would be unfair to be critical in relation to cost of room so with that in mind it was very good.
