Perhaps our location is the best part as we're less than a mile from Lake Isabella and just 20 min to downtown Cinci. The perfect combination of countryside living while close to the city!

Summary: Well stocked, clean, nice house in a great area. We went to the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum (both were about 45min to an hour away) and we spent another day going to the Kentwood area (very nice mall). House had everything we needed. Property manager was available to answer questions. Awesome house!

Summary: Host did not state when check-in procedure info would be available, and how check-in would happen. Host did not respond to questions until 1st day of stay. Calls, online chats to VRBO were useless, it was only an answering service that did not help or assist with my questions. Hairs and dirt found in one bedsheet, long black hair found in other room's bedsheet. It was not stated in description that one bedroom was separate from house in the room over the garage, accessible only via a stairwell. back deck not cleaned of leaves and gas grill on its side. one bedroom was missing the inside door handle. Description stated the house accomodates 16 ppl, but at checkout i was charged $90 for an additional guest over 12 ppl. And when i notified Host prior to checkin that our guest count changed to 12, he did not refund the $90. Otherwise, house was lovely, nice kitchen, nice family room with big couch to accomodate guests, lovely part of town, plenty of parking in the driveway, quiet neighbors. Host was kind once I got him on the phone. He has not responded to refund request, although. This was a reservation made days prior to the stay, as it was for family out of town to come and attend a funeral. I'll be taking my business elsewhere beyond VRBO. I found this too frustrating to happen again.

Summary: We had 4 generations of family together for the holidays, so it was great to have so many king sized beds! Overall the house was well stocked, though the mixer is broken. The large fenced in backyard is awesome!

Summary: Stay was great!! The shampoo dispenser fell off the wall in the middle of the night. It woke us and gave us a scare. The hot water heater was week. Lots of beds should equal lots of showers. But the rest was top notch

Summary: This house was perfect for our large family get together. We had about 15 of us stay at this house and had other family come in for a small reunion and it fit us all perfectly. We had several comment on how nice the house was and were impressed with the setup. We'd definitely want to stay here again when we come back to Cincy. Plenty of towels and linens, close to restaurants and the highway and a nice community.

Summary: We had a good stay! House is laid out well and had room for our 4 adults and 7 kids. My complaint would be about stocking the kitchen. It might be ok if you are driving in and bringing prepped food, but we flew and the kitchen didn’t have many basic amenities. No toaster, no can opener, no cheese grater, no kitchen towels to dry hands or dishes, no containers with lids for storage etc. Could use someone thoughtfully going through house and adding needed things. There was a broom but no dustpan. Don’t plan to use washer and dryer-had to dry one washer load in several separate dryer loads over many hours. Again, great layout, fantastic location, amazing backyard for kids just needs details!
