Summary: Apt was immaculate. Sent wrong code for lockbox but 1 quick phone call & We got right code & got right in. Unit w/in @ 2miles of OTR/UCincy/Newport aquarium & museums!! Only down side was crying baby next door 1st 3 nights then LOUD neighbors fighting & slamming doors all night Friday

Summary: I was skeptical because of a few reviews, but so happy we booked! Apartment was very clean. The directions for check-in were very detailed and easy to follow. Free off street parking was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again. Looked just like the pictures!

Summary: This is an adorable place especially for one person. The bed was too firm for my personal liking. The walls are also very thin. They claim to have devices measuring volume but my neighbors were insanely loud when they came in at 2:00 for well over an hour. The main problem here is the security lights on the building next door. They don’t go out and the bedroom is barely dar enough for sleep.

Summary: The place was however not cleaned very well prior to my arrival. Open left over food in fridge, along with a 1/2 of water . Also floor we not clean

Summary: Beautiful apartment. Easy check in and everyone I talked to was super nice. The apartment was prefect and in a great area super close to multiple bus stops. Parking was easy and free. Will absolutely be returning! Thank you!

Summary: My wife and I stayed here while visiting my son in the city. Not far from downtown with easy access. Nice alternative to a hotel room at a better price for the area. Sitting area and kitchen allowed four of us to spend an evening together and eat some takeout from a local restaurant. Had a small issue with supplies but it was quickly remedied by the property manager. In general, kitchen supplies and towels a little spartan but adequate. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.
