Positive: This apartment was frankly palatial. Massive bedroom, multiple closets, spacious living room with both heater and air conditioner, and giant windows for lots of natural sunlight. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and cookingware. Meticulously cleaned surfaces and tidied spaces. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and the ZenCity representatives were very responsive. This apartment includes access to the fitness centre in the basement and the rooftop terrace, which was quite expansive and offered incredible views of the city (you can see the Gateway Arch to the east). I checked in early, as my flight landed at 10 and check-in started at 3, and ZenCity was able to accommodate my request quite promptly. This did incur an additional fee, however. The staff in the apartment building were very helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable about the relationship between ZenCity and their management. The location is excellent: right on the border of Forest Park, and a few minutes' walk from both the Central West End metro stop from the airport and the hotel my conference was at.
Negative: I don't love that the check-in is 3pm; that seems very late to me. A check-in up to 2hrs early incurs a $20 fee, whereas anything before that incurs a $50 fee (total). The kitchen floor was also slightly sticky and smelling of sunscreen; I think this was due to whatever cleaning product they were using.
