The Space:
Our 1-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Please note our neighbor smokes, there may be a slight smoke smell on occasion. Please also keep in mind we are located right outside of downtown Minneapolis, and like most metropolitan areas, we experience people from broad economic backgrounds in our neighborhood.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Your location allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds. Downtown is only minutes away, where you’ll find everything that comes along with an exciting city. There are theater and entertainment venues, high-end restaurants, live-music bars, shopping, and more. While you have easy access to adventure, you’re also staying in a quiet and relaxed area, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful night after a long and exciting day of exploring. Conveniences such as grocery stores, ATMs, and additional parking if needed are also nearby.
Getting Around:
Getting around your destination couldn’t be easier! Minneapolis offers public transit through light rail and busing. Nice Ride, the non-profit bike-share program, is a great way to explore the city and its many parks. Given the popular location, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.

Summary: Unit is ground floor, windows face parking lot. Blinds are damaged so there is no privacy. Door to bedroom are glass, no curtains, so no privacy. The shower wall appears to have work done on it, and that work was not finished. Despite being a no smoking facility, one day when I returned, the unit smelled of cigarette smoke - permeated throughout unit, not hallway so I suspect someone was in the unit when I was out. I'm not ok with that.

Summary: The location was easy to find and was exactly as pictured. The proximity to grocery and restaurants is easy if one has a vehicle. Not if walking. Would stay here again .

Summary: Communication was great and instructions on check in and check out was easy. My only complaint is the floors were sticky and smelled not to fresh so I had to clean we when forY arrived.

Summary: The property was clean, tenants were friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable, as far as amenities, everything you need is provided. Management responded right away to any needs. Neighbors were quiet, no concerns. Would stay again!

Summary: FrontDesk is very awesome to book with. Apartment was nice. Everything was ok and smooth. One small problem with the lockbox code being incorrect but was helped right away if not within 10 minutes. However, there were some issues that was completely out of FrontDesk’s control. Neighbors were loud at all hours of the night. Was not in a great neighborhood. Apartment complex smelled like terrible smoke & weed. I was visiting alone and was on the first level, I just couldn’t wait to leave. I don’t recommend traveling here alone. Other than that, I will most definitely be back to book with FrontDesk, just maybe not this particular listing.

Summary: My partner and I stayed one night in this decent apartment. Everything with the apartment itself was fine enough. We were pleased that we could check it much earlier than expected (around 1 pm). Just be warned that they are extremely strict about noise. We were playing some music on the TV with in a reasonable level (could not hear it outside of the apartment) and got a text that we were being too loud. Apparently the police will be called if you are too loud. The nose sensor is right next to the TV, so that likely contributed. But if you don't mind being quiet as a mouse, this is the place for you!
