The Space:
Our modern 2-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed in both bedrooms and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Minneapolis! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The faux fireplace does not produce any heat, but contributes to the great ambiance.
Please note that the upstairs bedroom is a loft area and is not completely closed off from the living area.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
You couldn’t ask for a better location! Placed in Downtown East, this suite is within walking distance to a wide range of attractions, delicious dining, and trendy bars. A few options for nearby entertainment include the Minneapolis Stone Arch Bridge, the MacPhail Center for Music, and the historical “Gold Medal Flour” sign.
Getting Around:
Minneapolis offers public transit through light rail and busing. The non-profit bike-sharing program, Nice Ride, is also available for an outdoor excursion through the city. Uber and Lyft are accessible given the popular location.

Summary: The condo was wonderful, easiest check-in we have had at a VRBO in a long time. The location was great, allowing us to walk around the city exploring what Minneapolis had to offer. I would highly recommend.

Summary: A really nice space in an amazing location. The check-in and out couldn't have been easier. It was easy to walk to Target Field and the river to walk up and down. Easily accessible to highway for us to go over to St. Paul. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Location was great booking and check in process very good. The apartment itself had a number of maintenance issues which we reported right away with pictures. While minor you can tell the apartment is warn and needs some repairs done to it. Can’t say enough about the location and the apartment is quiet.

Summary: The place was beautiful, great location. The staff was great keeping me updated. I did have to wipe Stove and tables and pick some food off of floor but overall was clean. The staff was going to send someone to reclean. Overall a good experience. I would definitely recommend to others.

Summary: This property was perfect for our needs. One couple had their bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and one couple had theirs downstairs. There is a good-size gathering place in the kitchen/living room area, and a lovely balcony. Location is close to lots of places we visited. It was a very nice stay!
