Positive: I liked that it was spacious, clean and for the most part quiet. I liked that there was a full kitchen and the bathroom was spacious. I liked the windows in the living room that let in lots of light. I liked the location, its around good coffee shops,places to grab a bite, and the farmers market was not too far.
Negative: I wish the bedroom had a bigger bed, king. There is room for that and there ended up being two of us. I did let you know about there were two in advance. The futon was not comfortable and there were no extra blankets for someone to use for the futon. We got blankets from my nieces apartment. The place also needs to have at least one full length mirror and a few wall mirrors in the living room. The only mirror was the bathroom vanity. With just the one futon, there wasn't another comfy chair to sit on when we were watching my son's basketball game. Also explain that the entrance is in the back (unless I missed that being mentioned) because we walked around quite a bit trying to find the lockboxes. Thanks!
