Summary: The studio apartment was perfect for my two-day stay. The communication from the property managers was excellent and thorough. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This was my first time renting this type of property. I really enjoyed my stay, because I was able to have all of the comforts of home away from my home. My overall rating would have been excellent if it weren’t for the following listed: * parking was lack-luster Recommendation-include a parking pass. There were many nights where I had to park a block away and walk to the residence alone in the dark. Parking also had a nickel & dime effect. • inputting the code to access the building was not explicitly explained. Recommendation-please be intentional about how to access the building. •inputting the code to access the apartment key from the lock box was difficult. After making a call, I found out that the lock box code was off by one number. Recommendation-please make sure that the lock box code is correct. •accessing local channels on the smart tv was difficult. I couldn’t watch television because I was unable to use the remote to switch the smart tv to antenna mode even though I did everything that was outlined in the instructions. Recommendation-maybe the smart tv should have already been set to antenna mode in advance. Everyone doesn’t have Tokys, Firesticks, YouTube, or Hulu account. Again,thank you for the lovely stay. Hopefully, my recommendations will be considered as well as helpful.

Summary: Great location and building two wonderful restaurants nearby. Walkable to downtown. Shower drain was clog with hair was able to get it to drain by cleaning it.

Summary: My only *issue* was the shower drain clearly hadn’t been clean in a WHILE. The water wasn’t draining while taking a shower, but other than that, nice place! Very secure with the code to the building, love ACTUAL smoke free places (I have asthma), very quit, AMAZING view, texts from them checking in. Did have to pay for parking on the side road, but still better than your typical “hotel stay”. Full sized kitchen with dishes/pots & pans!
