Positive: On arrival the property was very clean and tidy. It is in a nice location and very close to a train station (with another station on a different line about 5 minutes away). There is a 711 store a couple of minutes away and a Lawson store just past the closest train station. (You definitely need to know this, as the accommodation will be empty, only cutlery, crockery and water). The property itself is opposite an elementary school which is quite quiet (unless there's early club activities, which can wake you by 8.am). There is a Coffee shop/Cafe next door. (But it doesn't open till 11/12midday. The facilities in the apartment are good, the toilet was great, clean and had the hand wash at the back of the cistern (toilet room itself is a bit small, but you're only there to do your business and leave). The bathroom was a nice size, you need to turn on the water heater to the shower or bath before using. Having a useable washing machine is always great. The main room is ok with a sofa, (which may be a sofa bed)and a comfy chair, a small table and a tv. The Bedroom and the main room both also have AC, which during the summer months is definitely needed. As with most Japanese homes, you have to remove your shoes on arrival inside the property, but thats not a hardship if you do it normally. As for the kitchen area, I personally didn't use the hob, as i ate out most days and if i didn't i heated a bento from the kombini, as there is a microwave and a fridge freezer in the property. If you are planning to just visit places around the Tokyo area, this is a nice accommodation, especially with Ikebukuro one stop away and mosts of the places people visit within the Tokyo area accessible. This is a great accommodation for a solo or couple to stay. It may be a bit cramped for a family though, even with the sofa bed.
Summary: Nice clean property, nice location, would stay there again.

Positive: The apartment we stayed is on the 4/F and it faces a primary school. It is very quiet at night. Since there are lots of windows, lots of sunshine comes into the apartment.
Negative: 1. We stayed in the apartment for eight nights but I did not know where I could put the trash. As a result, I had to keep the rubbish in the apartment for eight nights and the smell was a bit annoying. 2. No washing detergent was provided.

Positive: Located in a quiet area but is easily accessible. Spacious room. With cooking utensils so you can prepare your breakfast.
Negative: It's a pity that my room was on the ground floor and the window in the living room was facing the entrance of the building. So I had to keep the curtains drawn all day. I like the washing machine in the room. Would be nice if laundry detergent is provided.
