Summary: The apartment is lovely, clean, well kept, and has a number of amenities. The location is fabulous, close to shops and restaurants, so I was able to walk to most places I wanted to go. The host was very welcoming and did a number of things to make my stay pleasant. The one thing that wasn't clear from the listing was that the second bed is an inflatable mattress. While the apartment could sleep 4 using that, it would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. The low eaves weren't a problem since I'm 5/3", but they might be for a tall person, especially in the table area.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed a few nights here during CSU family weekend. Very convenient to Old Town and CSU. A relaxing space with all the amenities you need. Michelle is a great host and communicator. Highly recommend.

Summary: The accomodations were immaculate! We enjoyed staying there and had a nice visit with all of our friends that live in Fort Collins and the area. We enjoyed all the amenities that were in the Loft. Just a sweet little place!
