Negative: Shower didn't work. No hot water No cooking hob, no cooking equipment. Basically a useless kitchen. Microwave is very old, kept cutting out, broken. Cleaning could be better. Bathroom sink is so small, more of a WC hand sink. Not suitable for a bathroom.

Positive: I am very happy that I came to this place. The room looks exactly like the photos, very spacious bed on which I slept well, quiet neighbors. I stayed for 26 nights and that was great time The owners are very nice and friendly, so I give this place a 10! ☺️

Negative: It would be nice to have microwave to heat up food

Positive: Spacious room but looks like renovation was just finished, feels a bit empty (there is kitchen corner but only with kettle).

Negative: The bed wasn’t changed after previous guests when I arrived so I contacted the host to solve it. Ants appeared after the first meal in the room (common issue in Vietnam).
